What is Flash? Flash is Reset your Phone setting to Factory setting. Flash is usually used when your Phone got Error, Hang or Viruses.

Let's go to the point:

Firstly, before you flash your phone, backup your contact list to your SIM Card and remove your memory card (MMC).

Now,  you are ready to flash your phone. Here's the step:

- Press *#7370#

- Choose Yes

- Enter the Keylock (Default key is 12345)

After that your Phone will be restart automatically.  Now, your phone setting is back to Factory Setting.
